STOXXNOW EXPORTS & IMPORTS PVT LTD is an agricultural export company based in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, sourcing grains, pulses, oilseeds, fresh produce and seafood from farms across South India for international buyers. Being headquartered in South India puts us close to the growing regions we source from and within easy reach of Chennai and Tuticorin, the two seaports we route most shipments through. That proximity matters most for perishables, where every hour saved between farm and container affects how the produce arrives at the other end. Quality Control & Regulatory Compliance

Every batch we export goes through moisture, purity and foreign-matter checks before packing, since these are the properties that most affect how a shipment holds up over a multi-week sea voyage. We size-grade grains and pulses for consistent presentation, and we keep phytosanitary certificates and other required export documentation in order for each shipment rather than sourcing it at the last minute. Cold-Chain Storage & Export Logistics

Fresh vegetables and fruit are a different challenge from dry goods: they need continuous temperature and humidity control from the moment they're packed. We move these through reefer containers for sea freight and refrigerated trucking for the inland leg, with temperature checks along the route so a break in the cold chain gets caught early rather than discovered on arrival.

On the paperwork side, we work with customs brokers to get certificates of origin, phytosanitary certificates and bills of lading prepared ahead of loading — most of the delays we've seen at destination ports trace back to documentation that was rushed rather than to the cargo itself. We stay in contact with our shipping line partners on vessel schedules so buyers aren't left guessing about arrival windows.

Direct Sourcing & Sustainable Practices

We buy directly from regional farmers and Farmer Producer Organisations across South India rather than through layers of aggregators. That's partly a cost decision — cutting out intermediary markups keeps our pricing competitive — and partly a traceability decision, since it means we can usually tell a buyer which district, and often which farm, a given lot came from.

On the farming side, we favour partners who practice crop rotation, drip irrigation and reduced pesticide use where practical. These aren't dramatic interventions, but over a few growing seasons they help keep soil and water resources in better shape, which matters for a business that depends on the same growing regions year after year.

Packaging is adjusted to the buyer and the product: multi-wall moisture-barrier bags for dry goods, ventilated cartons for produce that needs airflow, and standard export cartons for fruit.
